At COOZO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your COOZO account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

Ship the Item

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
